This Copacabana accommodation has a private Annex with a Queen bed in a well lit and ventilated bedroom. A great place to escape for a quiet nap or escape from the noise.

The finer details of Copa Beachside

Annex

Copa Beachside has a separate and self-contained studio which provides privacy and respite. It is perfect for the elderly who need an early night or an afternoon nap, or for couples with young children who need a quiet area. The studio includes a queen-sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, smart TV, and seating and lounging areas. Air conditioning and fans are provided for comfort in any weather.

External Heated Shower

An enclosed hot/cold shower is located on the passageway between the house and the Annex. A must to.  wash off sand after a trip to the beach or Lagoon.

Sleeping Facilities.

Copa Beachside has family accommodation for ten adult people  (two on a roll-out sofa). In addition there are two bunk beds. The main house has a queen-sized bedroom on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bathroom, which is ideal for older guests. A bathroom on the upper level complements two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. One of the bedrooms has two additional single-size bunk beds. Both upper-level bedrooms have balconies. Emergency accommodation can be had using a double-sized pull-out sofa in the rumpus room.

Security for Children and Pets,

Besides having ample family accommodation and a modern kitchen, the house is very child and pet-friendly, with a fully enclosed backyard protected by child-proof gates.

Access for older guests intending to holiday at Copa Beachside.

Access to the building requires mounting only two steps. This is great family accommodation for older people.

TV and Internet
Copa Beachside offers WIFI internet and 3 UHD Smart TVs providing SBS on Demand, Netflix, and YouTube, as well as free-to-air stations. The additional Smart TVs are available in the upstairs and studio areas.

Linen
Doonas and pillows are provided at Copacabana accommodations. Bed linen, bath towels, face washers, and bath mats are also included. Beds can be made up for an extra fee. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are all provided.

Heating and Cooling
Three air-conditioning units cool the main house and annex, with fans installed in all rooms and on the veranda. Doonas are provided for all beds, and extra blankets are available in the cupboards. An electric heater is available if needed.

The house has an alarm system plus a key-safe for the front door. You will receive codes for the key-safe and alarm before arrival.

Pets

Pets are very welcome members of the family (pet-friendly). However, they should remain outside if they are not house-trained or shed a lot of hair. Additional charges apply if extra cleaning is required. Pets are also welcome in the u201c and u202d pet-friendly areas of the nearby beach. Great for throwing balls or letting the dogs have a dip!

Outside

The Copa Beachside main house and Studio have large, covered decks for outdoor entertainment. The house veranda features outdoor fans and coverings. An adjacent BBQ (with pizza stone if needed) provides an ideal area for entertainment. The grassed lawn is a handy playing area for children and pets. Surrounding gardens and tall palm trees give a feeling of a holiday oasis.

Bits and Pieces

Surf and paddle boards are under the Studio. Childrens life vests are in a cupboard next to the outside shower. Boogie boards are near the outside shower. Books and puzzles are on shelves upstairs.

House Rules

Hens and Bucks nights, large parties, and the like are strictly banned because copa Beachside resides in a residential area.

Parking

Since Copa Beachside is a couple of hundred metres from the main beach, there is little problem with kerbside parking. In addition, adequate parking is available in the driveway and front lawn. However, during wet weather, we would prefer that you don’t park on the lawn because of the damage caused by boggy conditions.

Check-in Checkout

Adequate time is essential for thorough cleaning between tenancies. Check-in time for Copa Beachside on the day of arrival is 3 p.m. Sometimes, baggage can be deposited earlier that day (please ask for clarification when you arrive). Check-out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
