Rental condtions
With common sense and mutual respect rental disagreements should be rare.
Your rental includes all of Copa Beachside including the Annex and “Mawsons” hut.
Since the establishment is in a residential area it is vital that neighbour’s needs be respected. – this means definitely no “Schoolies“. “Buck’s ” or “Hen’s” Parties. Sadly, in extreme cases, the only option may be immediate eviction.
Pets are encouraged, but please give consideration to cleanliness and ideally keep them out of any carpeted areas (sometimes, if there is an abundance of hair, the cleaners will need to charge extra).
This residence is definitely “non-smoking“.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Cleaner need that time to prepare the residence properly. However in the event that there is a free day before your rental an earlier time may be organised.
Residents may park on the front lawn except when it is wet and muddy. Please respect this request.
Payments should be completed at least one week before occupation. If you need to cancel please let us know at the earliest opportunity to allow some other family to use that time.
Short term rentals are regulated by the Nsw Department of Planning. The residence has to be registered with STRA and register occupants. One of the main functions of STRA is assurance that residentials adhere to the Fire Regulations.
On departing, please attempt to leave the residence reasonably clean (including completely emptying the refrigerators, cupboards and shelves).
Thank you
David and Julie
